Photographing…. Katy Ashworth, CBeebies Presenter, in Bristol

What do you get if you add a hundred preschool children to one beautiful venue and inject their favourite TV presenter? Lots of excitement, that’s what! And that’s what I was there to document last week, when CBeebies TV favourite Katy Ashworth from ‘I Can Cook’  made an afternoon’s appearance at Clifton College, Bristol, to entertain some of her biggest (or should that be smallest?!) fans.

The ‘Sing and Play’ event, which was held in support of the ‘Mum’s the Word’ charity appeal to refurbish the Maternity Unit at Bristol’s Southmead Hospital, drew large crowds of children to the beautiful surroundings of Clifton College, all eager to see their TV hero.
